These shoes feature a clear plastic swoosh with the 70s truck decal pattern underneath and stitching around the front of the swoosh for a double swoosh effect. Other touches include a graphic of a desert with cactus on insole, cactus graphic on laceholder on tongue and a gradient pattern on the nike stitching on back and tongue tag. These shoes come with cream and white laces.
These pretty much have an all suede upper except for the clear plastic/patent on the swoosh. The suede is that new SB GR level suede. Not bad at all! Not buttery either though. Just thick and somewhat soft. Overall, the GRs are getting better and this sneaker is no exception. If you grabbed thedesert sand, jade horizon, russet brown or any similar colorway this year, you’ll know what to expect from these.
These Nike SB Dunk Low Truck It are very comfortable at a half size up. I exceed the normal Nike size 10 that I would get in Jordan 1s and go with the bigger size to minimize break in and pinky toe discomfort. At true size these would have been doable but would have required more break in time and maybe a bandaid around the pinky the first couple of wears. In either case if you can nail the sizing and give yourself enough room, these are very comfy for casual wear.
I saw these release early on a website so I jumped on them. With SB currently popping in the mainstream sneakerhead consciousness, kicks like these need to be lept on if I want to secure a pair. Definitely worth it as this shoe is packed with neat details and a great overall colorway!
